Come join us as we welcome Richard Bender, Patent Counsel at Covestro, LLC.  Richard is a licensed patent attorney focusing on patent, trademark, copyright, trade secret, unfair competition, Internet and domain name matters, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and litigation. Richard's experience includes analyzing technology for patent pursuit strategies as well as trademark counseling and enforcing and defending IP positions through litigation. Richard will talk with our members on how they can protect their IP rights in today's competitive business environment.
