Cynthia Oliver  (she/her) | Executive Director

Cindi joined Three Rivers Business Alliance as its first Executive Director in May 2021.  Cindi brings 30 years of experience as a CEO, marketing expert, and fund development professional to her role as 3RBA's Executive Director.  She specializes in helping small businesses and non-profits start and grow through effective planning, financial management and marketing.  In addition, she has nearly a decade of experience as a senior level marketing and business development specialist in the real estate industry.

Ms. Oliver holds a master’s degree in Public Administration and a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and is in the final stages of completing her PhD in Higher Education Administration. Her dissertation is a qualitative study examining the underlying factors that impact female alumni donor decisions offering important insights for informed practice.

Cindi is a member of Association of Fund-Raising Professionals, and the United Way Women's Leadership Council. She is the former President of Serra Catholic High School Board of Directors and currently and serves on the advisory board of Indiana University of Pennsylvania Eberly College of Business,  and on the board of Dress for Success.
