Welcome to Three Rivers Business Alliance (3RBA)!

3RBA is the chamber of commerce for the LGBT+ community and their allies in the Pittsburgh/Greater Allegheny Region. This region includes Southwestern Pennsylvania, Southeastern Ohio, Northern West Virginia and Northwestern Maryland.

We are an affiliate chamber of NGLCC, the National LGBT Chamber of Commerce. Our mission is to create a vibrant LGBT+ business community through development, education, promotion and advocacy. Our values include equality, diversity, inclusivity, community, service, integrity, vision and leadership. Our vision is to become the leader in diversity, innovation and philanthropy within the LGBT+ business community in the Pittsburgh/Greater Allegheny Region.

We have named our chamber an "alliance" because 3RBA is inclusive of all business and professional people whether gay, straight, lesbian, bisexual or transgendered. We strive to treat all equally and provide a place we can come together for the mutual benefit of all members and the community at large.
