Join us as we celebrate National Coming Out Day (October 11, 2019).  National Coming Out Day was created in 1988 in recognition of the importance—both personal and political—of “coming out.”  To celebrate this important day, we have invited Audrey Smith from the Pennsylvania Department of General  Services' Bureau of Diversity, Inclusion and Small Business Opportunities to discuss Pennsylvania's procurement program, including:

• How to self-certify as a small business; 
• How to navigate the E-Marketplace to locate bid opportunities;
• The requirements to verify as a small diverse business; and
• The benefits of the small and small diverse business programs.
