NGLCC BACK TO BUSINESS (B2B) SUMMIT, BEST-OF-THE-BEST CELEBRATION, AND AWARDS GALA
November 17-19, 2021
Following CDC guidelines, and with attendee health and safety being NGLCC’s top priority, attendance for the Summit will be limited to 400 registrants and this event will sell out fast. Please remember this is a summit and not the full scale annual conference that will return in 2022. Available registrations will be divided by stakeholder groups and will be on a first come, first served basis.
Among the highlights Summit attendees will experience are:
SOLIDARITY RALLY
Prior to the Summit we will host a solidarity rally to show support for Florida’s LGBTQ businesses in collaboration with our Florida affiliates and LGBTQ business owners. The event is designed to show the strength of Florida’s thriving LGBTQ business economy - something decision-makers need to hear and see in full force! Together we will take a stand against harmful legislation in Florida and across the U.S. that specifically targets our transgender, gender non-conforming, and non-binary (TGNCNB) community members, as well as other anti-LGBT legislation sweeping the nation.

Uniting the nation’s leading business diversity organizations, the Best-of-the-Best Awards recognizes outstanding achievement in promoting cross-segment diversity, equity and inclusion. Only companies achieving industry-leading results across all diverse segments are eligible to receive the prestigious Best-of-the-Best designation from the National Business Inclusion Consortium (NBIC), a coalition of national diverse business organizations spearheaded by NGLCC since 2012.
THE 2021 NGLCC AWARDS GALA
The gala celebrates another year of economic and social progress for the global LGBT and allied business community we represent. Among the coveted honors NGLCC will present: our 2021 Corporation of the Year, Supplier Diversity Advocate of the Year, Chamber of the Year, and LGBT Supplier of the Year.
