About the book:

Based on interviews with diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) leaders across industries (ranging from Fortune 500 companies to startups, academia, and nonprofits) organizational psychologists Victoria Mattingly, PhD, Sertrice Grice, MS, and accomplished author, Allison Goldstein, share how modern businesses use data to unlock DEI success. Employing a combination of case studies, practical examples, and step-by-step instructions, they guide DEI leaders through developing a robust, data-centric approach to their work.
